We knew him from a repair he did on our roof a couple years back and contacted him when we decided to do a complete re-roof. The roof looks beautiful and we get many compliments on it. He always went above and beyond. He took care of the little things that mattered, such as making sure our gutter guards were repaired or replaced where needed. They left the job very clean when they were done, no nails, no debris to be found. Bill is very hands on and frequently checked in with us to make sure we were satisfied. He also found an issue with drainage that could have possibly become a nightmare aka huge expense. The estimate received was what was paid when the work was complete. Bill and Jen were so easy to work with ,and always quick with everything from quotes to all the paperwork etc .. They were extremely fair with their pricing , and they use really good materials and take pride in their work. My roof is Beautiful I just Love It!! They were all so respectful of everything after the roof was done not a piece of debris was found. 5 out of 5 starsRoof-Time Services did such an excellent job I just can't put it into words. They removed the old roof one day and installed the new one the next. They cleaned the entire area and went over it several times to insure everything was perfect. Bill also offered to paint a chimney brick we missed the weekend before and secured the screen over the chimney. Going above and beyond is their motto and we sincerely appreciated it. I have had a subsequent issue and he is helping me with that now. Not only does he do good work for a fair price, but he is a great guy. Definitely recommend this company. See more See less
