He also found an issue with drainage that could have possibly become a nightmare aka huge expense. The estimate received was what was paid when the work was complete. 5 out of 5 starsI was interested in tubular skylights. After a major skylight company said they couldn't do the job because of the style of my roof, I found Roof-tite doing work on my block. I confronted Bill and explained my situation. He came and said it could be done. I was thrilled. The office sent me a reasonable estimate the next day and I was ready for the work to proceed. I am very pleased with my skylights and the work that Bill did. He cleaned up as he went along and took away all debris. A couple of days later one of the skylights needed adjustment and Bill was there the next day. I highly recommend this company for all roofing needs. See more See less

We knew him from a repair he did on our roof a couple years back and contacted him when we decided to do a complete re-roof. The roof looks beautiful and we get many compliments on it. He always went above and beyond. He took care of the little things that mattered, such as making sure our gutter guards were repaired or replaced where needed. They left the job very clean when they were done, no nails, no debris to be found. Bill is very hands on and frequently checked in with us to make sure we were satisfied. Bill and Jen were so easy to work with ,and always quick with everything from quotes to all the paperwork etc .. They were extremely fair with their pricing , and they use really good materials and take pride in their work. My roof is Beautiful I just Love It!! They were all so respectful of everything after the roof was done not a piece of debris was found. They cleaned the entire area and went over it several times to insure everything was perfect. Bill also offered to paint a chimney brick we missed the weekend before and secured the screen over the chimney. Going above and beyond is their motto and we sincerely appreciated it.
